Pascale Chaillet has 19 years of experience in strategic and operational Supply Chain Management. Over the years, Pascale has managed Cost Reduction and Continuous Efficiency Improvement Programmes in a variety of sectors and via multiple distribution channels across the EMEA Region. She has successfully completed Business Transformation Projects that generated sustainable economic performance in a variety of high standard global matrix organisations.

In 2008, Pascale decided to take her team to the next level and founded ATUM PARTNERS Limited, focusing on the coordination of key inter-organisational business processes to improve the long term economic performance of the individual companies and their supply chains.
