Speakers:

Egle Karalyte is the founder and lead strategist of InfinVision, online strategy consultancy. She has experience working in strategic, leadership, consulting, and implementation roles, both in large corporations (OppenheimerFunds, Deloitte & Touche) and in entrepreneurial ventures in the United States and United Kingdom. She contributed to launching and growing several start-ups in the USA, UK, and France by helping to create their technology foundations and improving their business propositions.

Within InfinVision, she is responsible for the company’s direction; curation and end quality of the projects; talent scouting and mediation.

Egle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Smith College (USA) where she received the Bert Meldenson Prize in Excellence for Computer Science twice and a Smith International Scholar Award for her academic achievements.

Pascale Chaillet has over 18 years of experience in strategic and operational Supply Chain Management.  Over the years, Pascale has managed Cost Reduction and Continuous Efficiency Improvement Programmes in a variety of sectors and via multiple distribution channels across the EMEA Region.  She has successfully completed Business Transformation Projects that generated sustainable economic performance in a variety of high standard global matrix organisations.

In 2008, Pascale decided to take her team to the next level and founded Atum Partners Ltd, focusing on the coordination of key inter-organisational business processes to improve the long term economic performance of the individual companies and their supply chains.
